1. Acceptance of Terms

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• We determine, in our sole discretion, that continuing to provide services would be harmful to our business interests

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may, at our discretion, return any remaining account balance after deducting any amounts owed to us. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations may be forfeited.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
